  • identifying the range of strategic partners for operating in EXPOFORUM
  • creating conditions for improving quality of services provided on the venue

  • commissioning the new international convention and exhibition complex
  • establishing structures of world-class convention and exhibition service
  • providing new conditions for developing the MICE industry business

2017–2018
  • ensuring efficient development of the St. Petersburg convention and exhibition market in new conditions

Outcome: development and integration of the project at the international level
2019–2023
  • approving the Company’s new Strategy until 2023 and the Manifest of the EXPOFORUM Group of Companies
  • implementing the «4C» concept (content, community, contacts, competencies) for all own projects of the Company, for the purpose of giving conventions and exhibitions additional unique benefits from the customer’s participation in events
  • launching the hybrid event format (organization of online events, integration of online products into offline projects), development of omnichannel and the ecosystem of services for customers
  • convention and exhibition events as a driver for developing Russia’s industry and economy, its technological independence and import substitution, collaboration with the BRICS and SCO countries
2024–2028
In 2024, the Company’s new five-year Strategy – «The Strategy 2028» – was approved. It has been called «The Genius of the Place» and is aimed at:
  • developing on the basis of the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre the concept of «Bleisure Tourism» due to the integrated WOW effect not only from convention and exhibition events, but also from recreation and leisure to be offered by the venue to its visitors
  • strengthening the status of the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre as the centre of MICE competencies of the Russian convention and exhibition industry;
  • launching the Company’s strategic internal projects focused on developing human resources, integrated digitalization and automation, improving efficiency of the Company’s marketing and products, as well as interaction with customers.
