Future of the Arctic to Be Discussed at the EXPOFORUM

On December 7–8, the 13th International Forum “Arctic: Today and the Future” takes place at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Center.
The Forum will traditionally unite over 2,000 participants from Russia and foreign countries. The business program includes over 50 events. Representatives of public authorities, heads of the large Russian companies and banks, the leading experts of the scientific community, mass media and civil society will discuss integrated and strategic solutions on the social and economic development of the Arctic zone and work out tactic steps to implement the same, will present national projects in the Arctic Region, evaluate the investment potential and potential of the northern regions.
The Forum will traditionally be supplemented with an extensive exhibition program. The exhibition area is about 2,000 sq. m. Russian regions and major companies operating in the Arctic Region will present their projects. The exhibitors will demonstrate innovative solutions for social and economic and technological development of the modern Arctic Region. The exhibition will feature authentic cultural items of peoples of the Russian Polar Region.
The Forum is organized by the Interregional Public Organization Association of Polar Explorers.
