Jiu Jitsu World Open Championship in and without Kimono Takes Place at the EXPOFORUM

Absolute Championship of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the largest world championship in Russia for athletes from all over the world, started on December 12 in pavilion F of the convention and exhibition center.

 

At the EXPOFORUM the competitions will be held from December 12 to December 15. Men, women and children from 5 years old participate in the championship. The event takes place on 14 mats (tatami). A team of judges includes 30 people. The winners of the tournament receive the official title of BJJ World Champion, as well as a monetary reward. Upon completion of the Championship principal part, Super fights will be organized between the winners, the best of the best will fight on the tatami!

Pre-weighing

Weighing for “in kimono” will take place on December 11.

All children up to 17 years old (inclusive) and youth – from 16:00 till 19:00.

Weighing for “without kimono” will take place on December 12.

All children up to 17 years old (inclusive) and youth – from 18:00 till 19:00.

Weighing for “in kimono” will take place on December 13. All men – adult,

master 1, master 2 – from 18:00 till 19:00

Weighing for “without kimono” will take place on December 14. All men – adult,

master 1, master 2 – from 18:00 till 19:00

TOURNAMENT DAYS:

December 12, 09:00 – in kimono – children of up to 17 years old and youth.

December 13, 09:00 – without kimono – children of up to 17 years old and youth.

December 14, 09:00 – in kimono – men – master 1, master 2, adult.

December 15, 09:00 – without kimono – men – master 1, master 2, adult.

During the days of the event, buses No. 187A run from Moskovskaya Metro Station to the EXPOFORUM.
