«The whole range of measures – seven basic tools of the infrastructure menu (publicly funded infrastructure loans) plus additional proposals on modernization of the utility infrastructure (since 2025, 150 billion rubles will be provided in the budget, an option of indirect subsidizing is also under consideration) – will in the aggregate make it possible to raise over 1 trillion rubles for the housing and communal sector to implement the plans on its modernization that we are facing», said Maria Sinichich.

Such accurate data were announced for the first time. This was confirmed by Andrey Maksimov, General Director of the Union of the Russian Cities.

«We have not seen such a large-scale support of the utility infrastructure for many years. Now we are making a great leap forward, and these details will help us understand the mechanisms and forms of the further way», he noted.
