Pharmaceuticals for veterinary use, instruments and services, equipment for breeding, keeping and feeding, primary meat and milk treatment as well as milking machines are presented at the exhibition.  There are representatives of cattle-breeding enterprises, poultry farms and other farms of Leningrad Region and other constituent entities of the North-Western Federal District among the visitors.

A meeting with the heads of peasant farms and farming enterprises was part of the business programme. They discussed requirements for construction and veterinary safety. Advanced training for specialists in cattle-breeding farms focusing on milk production “Diseases of highly-productive cattle: prevention, diagnostics, treatment” is taking place at the exhibition and will last for two days. On the first day of the exhibition, training was devoted to mastitis and ways to advance milk quality. On December 1, training will continue and a workshop will be conducted on the “Economy of production arrangement at a cattle-breeding enterprise” – experts will discuss the optimum feeding system, veterinary budget, cheese making and approaches to increasing the profitability of milk production.
