The first meeting of the Convention and Exhibition Alliance took place in St. Petersburg
Director for Relations with Public Organizations of ExpoForum International Elena Ublieva took part in a meeting of the specialized commission for the development of business tourism in St. Petersburg – the Convention and Exhibition Alliance.
The main topic of the business agenda was the identification of the main points of the plan as part of the development of legislative initiatives for the new Industry Development Strategy until 2030.
The discussion participants agreed that among the primary tasks is development of regional standards for convention and exhibition activities.
According to Elena Ublieva, experts should select examples of the best domestic practices, which will become the basis for subsequent regulations.
